The lady that runs administration is so sweet! They came out to install gutters on my home and we ran into a thunderstorm! We contacted Crown Gutters while gathering quotes. We were impressed that Richard showed up to give us a quote before we could even blink an eye! The quote was almost half of what other companies were quoting us and those did NOT include as many downspouts and they weren’t seamless. Needless to say, we are thankful we found this company to help us preserve the life of our home and the foundation. Also love that it’s a business based on Christian principles! Crown Rain Gutters is, in one word, extraordinary. In an era of auto-attendant switchboards, “We-don't-care” customer service, eight-hour scheduling windows, “creative” job assessments, price-gouging, and slow and/or shoddy workmanship, it is extraordinary to find a company who is none of those. The estimator was on-time, friendly, efficient, and accurate (I checked). Before he left, we had the estimate in our hands and an installation date of (ready?) the NEXT DAY! Even better, the price was two-thirds of what I was expecting. The installers were right on time, worked quickly, expertly, and quietly. I checked in on them from time to time and they had completed the job, cleaned up, and were gone before I even had a chance to thank them properly. Oddly enough, after a few weeks of no rain at all, we had a frog-strangler the next day. The gutters and downspouts worked flawlessly. No leaks, no drips, no problems. I could not be happier.
